We are committed to providing products of the highest quality and value and make every effort to ensure our products are free from defects!

Guarantee: Your INPRINT safe will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse use in any manner for which it is not designed, neglect, modification, damage inadvertently caused by the user accidents, tampering with and/or abuse.

If you encounter a problem with your INPRINT, contact our factory Customer Service Representatives at (913) 422-7400 for assistance. If your INPRINT is determined to be defective, we will (at our option) have it repaired at our expense or send a new one at no cost to you. You will be required to return your existing unit prior to replacement of the damaged unit along with proof of purchase.

 

If it is determined that your INPRINT needs to be returned, a Customer Service Representative will provide a Return Authorization number. Please have the following information available when you contact us:

  • Purchaser's name and address
  • Serial number
  • Copy of purchase
  • Date purchased and date received
  • Authorized dealer purchased from
  • Detailed description of the problem

NEITHER SELLER NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, THE OWNERSHIP OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE INPRINT.

THE USER SHALL DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE INPRINT BEFORE THE INTENDED USE AND USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY WHATSOEVER THEREWITH.
