Shipping Info

Our INPRINT safes are sent to you either by Federal Express or UPS (our choice) and are guaranteed to arrive in new condition.

Always check your new unit for damage.

In the event of shipping damage, contact our Customer Service Representatives immediately, If it is determined that your INPRINT needs to be returned, they will provide a Return Authorization number. Please have the following information available when you contact us:

  • Purchaser's name and address
  • Serial number
  • Copy of purchase
  • Date purchased and date received
  • Authorized dealer purchased from
  • Detailed description of the problem

Time in transit varies by shipper and your location from us, but should arrive within 10 business days.

NOTE: If there is a backorder, we will let you know ASAP!
